By accessing or using WorkDirect, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials. Any activity performed through a user account is the responsibility of the account holder.

Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Uploading false, misleading, unlawful, or fraudulent information is strictly prohibited.

Employer Responsibilities

Employers are responsible for ensuring that job advertisements, company information, and recruitment activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. Employers must not publish misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent, or unlawful content.

Payments and Services

Certain services may require payment. Fees, pricing, and available services may be modified at any time. Payment processing may be performed by authorized third-party payment service providers.

Unless otherwise required by law, payments made for completed services are non-refundable.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.

• Submit false or misleading information.

• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.

• Interfere with platform operations or security.

• Upload malicious software or harmful content.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, software, designs, logos, and materials displayed on WorkDirect remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Software and Services

WorkDirect is operated by KEINN SRL as a platform provider and service operator. Certain software components, infrastructure services, integrations, and technical functionalities may be provided, maintained, licensed, or developed by independent third-party providers.

KEINN SRL may have limited administrative access to certain software components and may not possess full access to proprietary source code or development resources.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KEINN SRL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

KEINN SRL does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and shall not be responsible for technical failures, defects, vulnerabilities, service interruptions, or errors solely attributable to third-party software providers, hosting providers, internet service providers, payment processors, or external services.

Account Suspension and Termination

WorkDirect reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Use or applicable laws.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.

Changes to These Terms

WorkDirect may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
